The following listings are demonstration classes for a maximum of 6 people (adults only). Participants sit around the kitchen island and watch while I cook and explain the process for each dish. Tasting portions of each dish are served as they are finished. Wine, water and seltzer are provided and everyone goes home with recipe packets with full color photos or illustrations.

Grab some friends and customize your own menu for a demonstration class.

■ Hands-On Class

   $250 for 2 people

   $350 for 3 people

   $450 for 4 people

You choose the recipes, we cook them together and then you sit back and enjoy the dishes!

All classes are two hours long. You can choose any current schedule class (above) or past class from this website, or mix and match!  I provide wine, water and seltzer and everyone goes home with recipe packets with full color photos.
