Spring 2018

 

The following listings are demonstration classes for a maximum of 6 people. Participants sit around the kitchen island and watch while I cook and explain the process for each dish. Tasting portions of each dish are served as they are finished. Wine, water, and seltzer are provided and everyone goes home with recipe packets with full color photos or illustrations.

Private Hands-on Classes

Hands-on cooking classes. You choose the recipes, we cook them together and then you sit back and enjoy the dishes! Includes wine, food cost, and recipe packets with full color photos.
